A Living Experiment

Entry 001

For one month, roughly 50 people will gather in the Catskills to prototype how we actually want to live.

Entrepreneurs, artists, builders, land practitioners, families, and generative weirdos of all ages. People who sense there is something more in how they want to live, and are ready to test and play with it.

A living experiment in building something more coherent, creative, and connected, together.

What a Month Could Look Like

Entry 002

A cluster of shared houses near Port Jervis. Each house finds its own rhythm. The broader gathering finds its own. That's part of the creation.

Shared mornings with movement and meditation in nature. Long communal dinners. Spontaneous collaborations. Late-night fire conversations. Weekly town halls and demo days, open to all tech, ideas, and art. A rotating cast of workshops and skillshares facilitated by the people who show up. A good rave or two.

Port Jervis becomes the working and social hub: co-working for deep work, space for talks and events. Once a week, an immersive produced dinner and art experience, opened to the broader community.

Already in motion: collective painting workshops, foraging hikes, vibe coding sessions, permaculture, natural building workshops as we build a small field station together on the land, and whatever else the people who show up bring with them.

A land project nearby will be a resource and a teacher. Stewardship sessions and real talk about what it takes to build something rooted. Weekly adventures pull people deeper into nature: tubing down the Delaware, hikes, long afternoons with nowhere particular to be.

Families and people of all ages are welcome. Healthy ecosystems are diverse ecosystems.

The month closes with an intimate music festival on the land, open to the broader community, if the participants are down.
